Contribute your voice

This is a survey by teachers, for teachers. Right now, decisions about resources and policies are often made for us, not by us. We want to change that.

We’re collecting the unfiltered expertise of educators to create a blueprint for change that is led by our daily experiences. By showing what teaching is really like right now, we can showcase teacher leadership and prove that we are the experts in our own classrooms and contexts.

As teachers, we already know the challenges we face and the solutions that actually work in our classrooms and communities. This is our chance to document that.

Who We’re hearing from:

We want to hear from all U.S.-based PreK-12 educators and in-school specialists, including:

  • General Ed Teachers

  • SPED and ESOL Educators

  • Paraprofessionals

  • In-school Counselors, Librarians, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, and Nurses

Quick Details:

  • Time: Takes about 15-20 minutes.

  • Anonymous & Confidential: Your participation is completely anonymous. Individual responses are never shared; we only report the overall findings.
