Dr. Shannon King is Vice President of AASA’s Center for Leadership and Learning, where she supports leadership development and learning for school-system leaders. With experience spanning classroom teaching, instructional leadership, professional learning, and education innovation, she brings a systems-level perspective to strengthening schools and districts.
As TEAL’s Administration Connections Advisor, Shannon helps bridge educators and administrators. She advises TEAL on building trust, understanding district decision-making, and developing partnerships that position teachers as valued contributors to school improvement, policy, and practice.
