After receiving her undergraduate in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Illinois State University, Lilly spent over seven years in the classroom as a Pre-K and 2nd grade teacher. While working at a bilingual charter school under Chicago Public Schools she earned her English Second Language endorsement.

Expanding her skills to support her Bilingual and English Language Learning Students. Lilly is passionate about curriculum development, specifically as it pertains to multicultural and inclusive education. She is also passionate about student social emotional learning and arts education.
